Building operations and the Property Management Office are closed for the following designated holidays:

• Labor Day
• Columbus Day
• Veterans Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

Dates are subject to change. In that event, Property Management will notify Tenants in advance of a non-emergency building closure.

Building Services are suspended on the above federal holidays. If you wish to request HVAC services, please submit a request at least 24 hours prior through Building Engines. Pursuant to each tenant lease, HVAC services may be provided on certain holidays. Please refer to your lease and contact Property Management with any questions.
