All Tenants of 2611 South Clark Street have free use of the Fitness Center located at the Concord Residences at 2600 Crystal Drive. Anyone who desires to use the Fitness Center and who has completed a “Concord Fitness Waiver” will be able to use their 2611 South Clark Street Datawatch access card to enter the Concord and then the Fitness Center. The hours of operation of the Fitness Center are 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday-Friday, and from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Saturday. Showers and locker rooms are available but Tenants must provide their own towels, all amenities including shampoo, soap, razors, etc. and locks. All locker locks must be removed daily.
