In the event of burst pipes or clogged drains that cause flooding or water leakage:
- Contact Property Management and advise them of the exact location and severity of the leak. They will promptly dispatch an engineer to your location.
- If there are electrical appliances or outlets near the leak, there may be the potential hazard of electrical shock. If there is any possible danger, evacuate the area immediately.
- If you know the source of the leak and are confident you can stop it by turning off a faucet or unclogging the drain, do so.
- Notify your supervisor and be prepared to help in protecting property, records and equipment as requested by your management.
