Each floor of 2611 South Clark Street contains one telephone and one electrical closet, containing both the base building telephone and electrical systems.
To better serve the Tenants of 2611 Clark Street, access to the telephone and electrical closets is controlled through the Property Management Office. 72 hour written notice to the Property Management Office is required before work begins in the de-sired telephone or electrical closet.
Each Tenant must provide the name(s) of the vendor(s) conducting the work as well as a description of the work taking place in advance in writing. In order for a vendor to be granted access we must have their current insurance certificate on file. Please see our Insurance Certificate Requirements.
