Parking Access & Security

Property entrance doors are secured Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. And on Saturday from 4:00 PM until Monday 6:00 AM. Any employee needing access to 2611 South Clark Street before or after these hours must have a valid access card to access the Property and elevators, as well as an individual office key to enter their Tenant space.

Contractor Access

It is our intent that anyone performing work at 2611 South Clark Street obtain approval from Property Management prior to their arrival. To that end we ask you submit a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) for each of your service contractors before any company performs work in your office space. The requirements for the COI can be found under Documents and Forms.
